Had an interior room overlooking indoor pool. Room was too hot, unable to set temp any lower or open window. Hot tub was empty and was never in service during our 4 day - 3 night stay. Attached bar and grill was closed for all but the first night because of Easter (even though the hotel knew in advance that there were two jr. B hockey teams plus numerous supporters booked in for the weekend due to a provincial championship tournament - the hotel was full), lounge was also on reduced hours. Rear entrance was not properly secured after midnight as stated. Hallways smelled musty.

Good location, service was good, and the room was clean.
The rooms were not very soundproof. We stayed in 231 and every time the door opened between the "wings" it was very noisey.

The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new, featuring a comfortable king bed. the hotel is located close to the Museum of the Highwood, making it convenient for visitors. It's situated in a good area near popular restaurants like Boston Pizza and in the center of High River, Alberta, Canada.

Our room was updated, perfect, with plenty space, the heating system and a king bed. Location: the hotel was so close to church, the three restaurants and HIgh River, Alberta, Canada. It also was easy to find & close to other eating establishments.
